Dana R. Herrera is an experienced ethnographic and quantitative researcher with a passion for leveraging human centered data into actionable insights. With a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit industry, Dr. Herrera's expertise also includes people-centered technology, tourism marketing, and education. International research has taken her throughout North America, Southeast Asia, and Europe. As a professor and university administrator, Dr. Herrera specializes in preparing learners with career-ready skills in the areas of critical thinking, communication, technology, and equity and inclusion.
